A Sensory Sanctuary

Sacred Escape 2024

Join us, won’t you, on October 15th through October 20th on the shores of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.

In our Sacred Retreat, you’ll be embarking on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, embracing your feminine energy and creativity to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

Through practices like journaling, yoga, and movement, you will also experience an opportunity for deep coaching. In this container, you’ll explore your unique sensuality and tap into your inner strength to heal and revitalize. It’s about honoring all aspects of yourself and allowing space for growth, expression, and transformation.

  • You will transform feelings of coldness, rigidity, numbness, and apathy into freedom – softness – warmth – ease.

  • You will learn how to turn your triggers into art, your trauma into art, your healing into art, and your love into art.

  • You will source from your feminine power as you tap into your creative flow that brings healing to every aspect of your life.

  • You will learn about your unique feminine flavor, your unique Sensual Self.

  • You will create space for sacred journaling, yoga, deep coaching, ocean waters, and movement.

  • You will make time for self-reflection, time to rest, and Be.

  • You will give yourself permission to dance, shake, move, laugh, cry, be messy, be sexy, be wild, and unleash the vital life energy to heal and revitalize. Express it all…feel it all. Honor it.
